Originally called ‘Villa Vienna’ and owned by a businessman named Nariman Dubash, Shah Rukh finally bought it in 2001 for about Rs 13.32 crores. The bungalow was then rebuilt for his family. Today, Mannat is worth over Rs 200 crores and was officially renamed from ‘Villa Vienna’ to ‘Mannat’ in 2005. The interior was designed by Gauri Khan. It’s amazing how dreams can come true!
