According to registration documents obtained by IndexTap, Bollywood stars Shahid Kapoor and Mira Rajput Kapoor have acquired a lavish apartment valued at approximately ₹59 crores within the Oberoi 360 West project situated in Mumbai’s Worli area. This luxurious property, spanning 5,395 square feet as per RERA specifications, includes three parking spaces. The transaction, amounting to ₹58.66 crore, was officially recorded on May 24, 2024. The Hindustan Times provided further details, mentioning that the apartment, positioned on a higher floor within Oberoi Realty’s high-rise development, was acquired by the Kapoors from Chandak Realtors Pvt Ltd. Interestingly, Chandak Realty had initially procured this apartment as part of a bulk deal in February 2023, wherein they purchased 28 units for ₹1,238 crore. Notably, this particular apartment was acquired by Chandak Realtors for ₹35.31 crore during the aforementioned bulk purchase.
