A recent analysis by a financial and risk advisory firm, reveals significant changes in the rankings of India’s most valuable celebrities. According to the ‘Celebrity Brand Valuation Report 2023: Brands, Business, Bollywood,’ Alia Bhatt, Deepika Padukone, and Kiara Advani have emerged as the leading Bollywood actresses in terms of brand value.

According to Kroll, Alia Bhatt is positioned at number five on the list with a brand value of $101.1 million, while Deepika Padukone follows closely at number six with a valuation of $96 million. Both actresses experienced minor declines in their rankings compared to 2022.

Kiara Advani’s surge in the rankings is particularly noteworthy. Moving from 16th place in 2022 to 12th in 2023, her brand value now stands at $60 million. This ascent underscores her increasing prominence and influence in the Indian market.

The report also examines trends in celebrity endorsements, noting that the top 25 celebrities collectively endorsed over 300 brands in the last year. This includes a notable rise in both television and digital endorsements, indicating a significant role for celebrities in shaping consumer preferences.
