Sadie Sink Reacts to Joining MCU Rumors

Marvel Studios has kept Sadie Sink’s role under wraps, which is why fans have come up with numerous theories. She said in an interview with Entertainment Weekly that people always think of characters in the context of their looks, but something like hair color can be easily changed for a character. According to her, she gets the speculation but feels that it is based on a very small amount of information.

Sadie Sink also said that she can’t confirm or deny the rumors and that viewers will know the truth only when Marvel gives out the official news. She said that she can’t wait to be able to put down all the guesses once and for all.

Much of the fan discussion has revolved around the idea that Sink might play Jean Grey. When confronted with this question, she responded by saying that those theories came up even before she found out that she was going to be in the film; hence, she was surprised to see how early speculation started and was amused.
