14th March: Keeping up with the monochrome stride, Ashish N Soni presented his forte, a menswear collection that was all about the tailored suits at Amazon India Fashion Week Autumn/Winter 2018. The showcase was a special one because it was in collaboration with the designer brand Gauri & Nainika to conclude the day one.

The black and white colours made their way on the array of pantsuits in some interesting designs. Through abstract shapes, pinstripes, checkered details and even solids, this basic combination took a designer turn through Ashish’s creations. The constant element of a white bow-tie made it a cohesive lineup. The three-piece suits and even the well-tailored blazers were fit for a white-tie occasion.

Actress Vaani Kapoor walked the runway for both the designer brand. She wore a statement-worthy three-piece suit that had oversized trousers with a train, a white blazer and white shirt.

Party dressing for men never looked this good. Ashish N Soni had a new definition for suited and booted, which hit the right note with modern-day dressing.
