Here we go again. Fashion week. Yes, already! Feels like yesterday I was packing my Mary Poppins bag (actually it was yesterday) but I was talking about last season. So yet again we go through 5 days of torturous fittings before all the fun starts. From feeling like clothes hangers and graduating mannequin status when the designers decide to pin and tuck us. But when its showtime, We’re the stars!
Shows start Monday. Clothes, make up, massages, cars, food, booze, parties you name it we’ve got it – except for a good nights sleep.
But who needs sleep when you’ve got fashion. “We’ll sleep when we’re dead!”
Foreign ModelsWho’s We? For starters the minute I walked in felt like I was in another country. 15 International models are on the list this time because our regular Indian models have gone off to the other 30 fashion weeks happening around the country at the same time. I like to think of it as adding global appeal to our Indian week.
