Mumbai Playlist
Anyone in Mumbai still looking for an MJ fix after the recent tragic events can head to Olive, Mahalaxmi this Wednesday, July 15th as they kick off an all-new experience for music aficionados called Playlist, a first of its kind showcase of iconic recording artistes from the music industry. The listening sessions will be a unique blend of audio and video playback that will showcase the work of one such artist each month.
Understandably Playlist kicks off its 1st listening session with a special tribute to Michael Jackson hosted by Luke Kenny, a long time fan and ardent admirer of the late performer. Luke will be joined by DJ Arjun Sankalia spinning the best of the ‘King of Pop’. To complement the music, the evening will include the screening of concert footage, music videos and other interesting MJ clips.
In addition to the musical extravaganza, Olive will create an exclusive MJ Cocktail to commemorate the singer’s legacy. Also, Time Out Mumbai will be giving away free CDs and MJ merchandise.
