Looks like jewelry tycoon Raj Kundra has finally put his diamonds where his mouth Shilpa Shetty and Raj Kundra finally got engaged over the weekend at his home in Juhu. I’m told it was a small affair *mmmph* (oh no sorry that sounds all wrong, influence of the BB perchance?! By the way welcome back Biatch!) Ok maybe the affair wasn’t small but according to Shilpa the party was, “just his and my family and two of my friends – kept it simple and traditional.” Poor baby sis Shamita Shetty doesn’t even know since she’s holed up in the Bigg Boss house currently playing Hindi translator for a mute queen aka Rohit Verma. Oh lordy. Psst! Shilpa’s a blogger too she writes, “Tring Tring wearing the “RING” – Yes its official – I am engaged. I wanted it to happen first and then blog which is why I’ve been maintaining a silence. But the press always beats me to it! I know everyone’s eager to know about the wedding date. All I can say is YES it’s been finalized and will make an official announcement as soon as I know when Shamita’s coming out!”

She wore a Manish Malhotra saree for the engagement. Psst! Fashion designer Tarun Tahiliani says he will design outfits for his friend actress Shilpa Shetty’s wedding trousseau and promises she will look “stunning”. (And FYI b4tea.com, she’s really not that famous.)

Hands always give away age and seems to be the case even for flawless Shilpa. Oh hell, she looks stunning. What. A. Joda. Congrats to the two, but omg isn’t it slightly messed up her sister couldn’t be there (does she at least KNOW about it)?? At least she’ll be there for the wedding! *Fingers crossed* [Why the unity of the Shetty family concerns me... I don't know]
