On Day 3 of the India Kids Fashion Week, I attended the first two shows – A-Z Couture and also Payal Singhal’s showing. And even though the first show of the day was pretty interesting, with the young models wearing Unicorn horns and Viking hats, there were no major celebrities present.
On the other hand, Payal Singhal roped in a number of familiar faces to come and check out her lovely Indian creations for kids.
Namrata Baruwah Shroff
Actress Tanishaa was among the first to arrive, wearing a pretty polka-dot top and fitted jeans. We also spotted Padmini Kolhapure and Namrata Baruwah Shroff.
Tanishaa tells us that she loved the clothes and is definitely going to pick up some interesting stuff for her niece, Nysa (daughter of Kajol and Ajay Devgn).

For her finale, Payal had Maria Goretti Warsi walk down the ramp with her children, Zeke Zidaan and Zene Zoe. Daddy Arshad Warsi wasn’t there to cheer them on but the kids had a super time nevertheless.

Maria tells us that little Zeke Zidaan wanted to wear jeans instead of the dhoti-churidars under his sherwani, because he found them a little too flamboyant and colourful. How cute!
