TMZ reports that Britney Spears is selling her Beverly Hills estate for $4,253,000. She bought this baby in 2007 for $6.8 mil. Ouch.

But don’t feel too bad, that’s still a pretty massive chunk of change and she’ll be moving in with her fiance Jason Trawick.
