Young designer Sonaakshi Raaj showed of her debut collection for the Winter /Festive 2012 season at The Talent Box at Lakme Fashion Week. But for actress Anita Raaj’s niece, the real action happened at her after-party at Nom Nom restaurant in Versova.
According to my friend Dhiraj Sahetia, actor Govinda was invited for her show but got delayed because his flight from Calcutta didn’t take off on time. So he promised to drop in for her after-party – a promise he lived up to.
Wearing a bright red shirt and carrying a bouquet of red roses as well, Govinda walked into the party and spent around ten minutes talking to Sonaakshi Raaj and her family and friends!
Now if only more people would live up to their promises like Govinda did!
