I should seriously just blog late night from the airport on weekends *lol* look who else got snapped up at Mumbai airport on their return over the weekend? Karan Johar’s cast of Student of the Year! The TOI reported that they got stopped by customs though. Sidharth Malhotra, Varun Dhawan and Alia Bhatt who were in Dubai and London for film promotions arrived in all their star glory (aka wearing sunglasses) and carrying heavy bags. When they were stopped, Sidharth had to explain to a suspicious customs officer how a “newcomer” had so much money to blow on new clothes his response was classic.

“Sir,
most of the clothes in my bag are old.”

*Awww* Sid. Varun also explained how his clothes were from the film for continuity and Alia was the only one who ended up paying 5,000rs in duty. Needless to say they left the airport with their sunglasses off!
