One of my first concerns when I started wearing specs was will I stop having to wear eye make-up? I am addicted to Kajaal and have eye-liners in every possible shade from the rainbow. Now 2 years later they’ve become a permanent fixture on my nose so I’ve decided to share my top 3 tips for women who wear them too.

1) Use Mascara Liberally

Mascara should be in your make-up arsenal. After all you want your eyes to stand out behind the lens. Choose a lengthening one so that your eyes really pop.

2) Groom Those Brows

Impeccably kept brows are key. You really don’t want to have unkempt brows.  After all, the focus will be on your eyes. Ensure that the person who shapes them gives you a nice arch.

3) Play Up Those Lips

If your a first time user and want the focus away from your eyes – pucker up. Sport a bright pink lipstick or a deep red.  It will be a stand-out look but only if you’re wearing thinner frames.
