Director Punit Malhotra (or Imran Khan, using his account) has been tweeting photos from the sets of Gori Tere Pyar Mein, which also stars Kareena Kapoor. Here’s one picture they didn’t tweet, however, which also features Manish Malhotra and Avantika Mallik. Cute, no?! Punit is also simultaneously gearing up for his on-screen debut with Samar Khan‘s Waisi Waali Khushi, a film he claimed he did all the stunts for himself. If you’re wondering whether it was easy for him to come in front of the camera, here’s what he said about it:
“All directors are actors. They need to be actors to be able to direct, so acting came naturally to me. People only expect me to direct, so when Samar suggested that I act in this film, I was surprised but excited.”
In the film, he plays a young, successful banker who suddenly decides to cut down on his workload and obession with making money to relax and enjoy doing the things he loves… which I’m guessing involves wildlife because we just got this picture as well:
