You already know that Karan Johar has agreed to be a part of Anurag Kashyap‘s Bombay Velvet, in which he will be playing the role of a villain. Now, buzz has it that KJo is headed off to Sri Lanka for his first shooting schedule – and we’re hoping that things go smoothly, since we hear Karan is quite excited for his new acting job.
Not only has he been hitting the gym in an effort to lose kilos and get into shape, but KJo also spends a considerable amount of time going over the script and remains in constant touch with Anurag as he prepares for the role. And now, things are kicking off in terms of actual shooting for the film – Karan recently did a look test, and is currently getting ready for a shooting schedule in Sri Lanka that is supposed to last for one week.
