The makers of PK have released their second song titled Love Is A Waste Of Time and features Aamir Khan and Anushka Sharma. The song is sung by Sonu Nigam (whom I absolutely adore, by the way!) and Shreya Ghoshal.
The track has a quirky looking Aamir falling in love with Anushka and doing cute things to get her attention. The lyrics of the song are partly in English, but with a Bhojpuri accent. The song on its own is just about okay I think, but the video and the duo’s chemistry keeps us hooked. Interestingly, the song reminded me a little of Pal Pal from Lagey Raho Munnabhai (also a Rajkumar Hirani film). Looks like Hirani decided to put a spin to his old favourite.
