It’s going to rain Sunny Leone this summer and it doesn’t look like many are complaining. April promises to be a Sunny Leone fest, with as many as three of her films releasing in the span of four weeks. It doesn’t stop there! Before the end of the year, a few more films of Sunny’s will be hitting cinemas.
Our source confirms:
“Yes, after Ragini MMS-2, which was a success, Sunny has some really interesting films lined up. Surprisingly though, all of them are arriving in quick succession now. While Ek Paheli Leela (which was earlier just plain and simple Leela) would be the first to hit the screens on 1st April, three weeks later her Mastizaade would arrive on the 1st of May. Immediately afterwards, her Kuch Kuch Locha Hai (earlier titled Patel Rap), arrives on 8th May.”
While this may appear to be too much too soon, it is a given that at least one of the three films will arrive at a later date. An insider tells us:
“Though the storyline, stage and setting of each film is different – Bobby Khan‘s Ek Paheli Leela showcases Sunny as a princess, Milap Zaveri‘s Mastizaade has her step into the sex comedy world while Devang Dholakia‘s Kuch Kuch Locha Hai has her playing a successful film star – the fact remains that Sunny would be pretty much bringing on the oomph quotient and resulting in soaring temperatures in all the films! Moreover, each of the three films would need Sunny’s services for all promotions which would also include city tours. How much can you expect her to travel?”
While this is a question that would be best answered by the makers and Sunny herself, it is unlikely that the glamorous woman will be resting, considering the fact that she would also be busy with the shoot of One Night Stand.
A filmmaker adds:
“That’s correct, while Jasmine D’Souza‘s One Night Stand would most likely release in the second half of the year, there is also her Tina and Lolo with fellow Big Boss mate Karishma Tanna which is awaiting release. This makes it five confirmed releases for Sunny this year.”
If Sunny manages to wrap up with her films quickly, she could even have the honour of being a part of as many as half a dozen new films this year alone!
