Before embarking on my recent trip to Shillong, I had made my bookings at Hotel Tripura Castle in the gorgeous capital of Meghalaya. But just a couple of days before my departure, I was told that my booking had been cancelled as the Government of Meghalaya has booked the entire hotel for a Bollywood film’s shoot. Of course, I had to make some last minute arrangements because of that. But I am so glad that I didn’t cancel my trip as it was totally worth it.

I later found out that the said hotel was booked for the stay of Shraddha Kapoor, Farhan Akhtar, Arjun Rampal, Purab Kohli, Shahana Goswami and the other cast and crew members of Rock On 2. The locals were really excited to have so many stars in their vicinity but I was slightly upset as I couldn’t check in at the hotel I wished to.

But I was enjoying every bit of my getaway whatsoever. And while I was flooding my Instagram account with the photos of my staycation, Shraddha was also posting some really fabulous pictures during her visit to Shillong. When I was scrolling through her Instagram photos, I even came across a couple of beautiful clicks that she had prevoulsy posted while shooting for the remake of Baaghi in Kerala. Here’s a compilation of all of those ethereal snaps. Clearly, Shraddha has been lately enjoying her work hours a tad too much because of the places she’s shooting in.
