Kapil Sharma started shooting for his show The Kapil Sharma Show from 18th July 2020. We saw a bit of how the shoot was being conducted and the safety protocol followed on sets through Archana Puran Singh‘s BTS IGTV videos. The show producers seem to be strictly following all kinds of safety protocols and have arranged for different entryways to the stage for each actor that has sanitizing tunnels. They have even foregone the live audience and tweaked the show so that their audience can join in on a virtual level to see the taping of the show first.
And now Kapil has finally revealed who will be the first celebrity guest to make an appearance on the show. Sonu Sood will be the celebrity we will all see in the first episode when the show resumes in August. The first day back on set, Kapil revealed that he had just shot with their show’s cast as they all wanted to get used to the safety precautions and changes that had come about. The team shot with the actor on 21st July 2020.
As you may know already, Sonu Sood has been in the news for his thoughtfulness and charitable mindset, especially during this lockdown. He has been at the forefront of helping migrant workers get back to their families in their hometowns by arranging for transportation themselves. So naturally, the makers of TKSS felt it was only ideal to invite Sonu as their first guest. The actor who has been working hard to bring back students from Krygstan tweeted about the same and Kapil replied to that tweet praising the actor for his efforts.
