Personally, I find working out on my own a tad boring. I mean, kudos to the dedicated ones out there who can drag themselves out of bed every single morning and never get tired of being their own motivation… BUT wouldn’t working out just be a whole lot more fun with your loved one? This particular one isn’t for the meek. Both of you need to have similar fitness levels (or similar upper body strength) and there’s no question when it comes to matching your partner’s pace! Hard to begin with, but you’ve got each other for motivation so never say never!

This is the perfect way to unwind after a long, cooped up day at work and the post-run endorphins will keep you raring to go, EVEN in the bedroom! ;)
This one’s a little tricky so don’t be disheartened if it doesn’t come to both of you straight away. It’s all about patience, determination, team work and anything can be achieved! This killer combination lets your man work on his legs and gluts, while you work those abs. Remember to set goals and then smash them!
Once again, this is one that takes a while to master, so if you don’t get it right the first time, don’t let it dampen your spirits! Keep at it and encourage each other. The best feeling ever, is being able to achieve something together :)
This exercise does wonders for your core! It does however, involve an immense sense of balance and teamwork. When you finally get around to mastering this, make sure you time yourself and keep powering through as many time goals as possible! Remember, it’s all about counter-balancing!
WARNING: This one’s not something you may see yourself achieving after just a try or two. However, never say never! This exercise requires a combination of core strength, balance and concentration! This could take time to master but either way – pretty cool, huh?
