According to various reports, it seems like Deepika Padukone, Ranveer Singh and Ranbir Kapoor are in talks for a movie with Vidu Vinod Chopra. As per an article on DNA, Ranbir and Deepika have visited Vidhu Vinod’s office in recent times. Here’s what a source said about this meeting to the publication –
She dropped in to meet Vinod when the paps weren’t there. The filmmaker loves their chemistry and is keen to cast them together in a film after Tamasha.
Even Ranveer Singh was spotted at the producer/director’s office sometime ago. Pinkvilla reported that the actor was discussing a project. This is what their source said –
Yes, Ranveer Singh just visited Vidhu Vinod Chopra’s office. Vinod and Ranveer have been having a very serious discussion for more than three hours now. Vinod also ordered a bouquet of flowers to present to Ranveer. It seems like a new movie narration is happening. Both of them are pretty excited about it.”
It could be that the actor are in talks for different movies, but these meetings have happened in quick succession, so it does look like a collaboration in the making.
I’d still like to see them in a remake of Raj Kapoor‘s Sangam, like Karan Johar had suggested in Ranveer-Ranbir’s episode of Koffee With Karan. What say?
