I am obsessed with everything Sonam Kapoor and Anand Ahuja these days! The couple managed to keep their relationship away from everyone’s prying eyes for the longest time and are now ready for the big commitment. Rumours had been doing rounds for a while but their families finally made it official last evening. The shaadi will take place on the 8th of May and the preps are already underway with the Kapoor house being lit up.
The festivities will take off with the mehendi ceremony and reports suggest it will be held at Sonam’s maternal aunt, Kavita‘s magnificent bungalow in Bandra. It also houses a grand praying room where the couple is expected to exchange garlands before hosting their reception at the Leela.
The planning for their sangeet ceremony is on and Farah Khan herself is choreographing the performances. We hear that Karan Johar will groove to the title track of Prem Ratan Dhan Payo while Janhvi Kapoor will be dancing to a medley of her mom, Sridevi‘s songs.
The wedding is expected to be one of the most glamourous and star-studded events of the year and we are excited AF.
