The first thing you should do is keep your phone away. Today, we all find it hard to let go of our phones but try to keep it away for a while and see how calm you feel.

Most of us are continuously staring into the screen at work and it’s necessary to give our eyes a break. The best way is to relax your eyes and clear your mind is by simply meditating for about 15-20 minutes. Meditating always helps in relaxing your mind and body.
