Sanju will hit the screens in two days and we can’t contain our excitement for it. So, we can only imagine what the cast and crew must be feeling like, not to mention what the man himself, Sanjay Dutt must be going through. It takes some serious guts to put out your life like Sanju baba has done and to see that on the 70mm is a different story altogether. While Sanjay had initially said that he would watch the film when it releases in theatres this Friday, the reel life Sanju, Ranbir Kapoor has requested him to watch it with him and Sanju baba couldn’t decline the offer.
A source revealed that Ranbir wanted Sanjay Dutt to watch the film before it hits the screens and it’s only after much persuasion that the real-life Sanju agreed to it.
The private screening will take place at producer Vidhu Vinod Chopra’s office today. Sanjay will be present with wife Maanayata, and sisters Namrata and Priya. Invites have been sent to Ranbir’s parents too.
Sanjay Dutt also confirmed the news and said,
It will be a surreal feeling to watch my life unfold on the big screen. I am excited for Raju and his team. I know the hard work they have put into making this film.
