If you notice, the term work-life balance is more often used by women than men. There are so many obstacles that a working woman has to pass through in order to keep all of it going peacefully. They have it worse than working men as they have the extra baggage of household responsibilities. And recently, Anand Mahindra—a business tycoon, explained the struggles of working women in the simplest way possible.
I’ve been helping to baby-sit my year old grandson this past week & it’s brought home to me the stark reality of this image. I salute every working woman & acknowledge that their successes have required a much greater amount of effort than their male counterparts pic.twitter.com/2EJjDcK1BR

While we cannot stress enough over this topic, it’s nice to witness a tweet acknowledging the harsh reality go viral. Women and men are all praises about this tweet and even shared their personal experiences and take on the topic. Here, take a look!
There are very few people in our society who can understand everyday struggle in the life of working women. Things are too difficult for single working mothers. Thanks for acknowledging this fact.

Being a working mom with two kids and climbing corporate ladder I can relate to your tweet so much. It requires teaching perseverance and hard work by parents in early age and later having a supportive husband and family

Awareness leads to empathy. Both genders empathising with each other and making efforts to exist as equals in all areas of life. Without bias.
An empathetic world is such a beautiful place to live in. ☺️
