She has certainly come a long way since then and has completely transformed herself in these years, to a point where she is almost unrecognisable. But recently, Lokesh posted pictures of herself in a new look on Instagram that received quite some flak. She was trolled by her followers who called her “plastic doll”, “fake” and even “Female Michael Jackson”.

She later posted another picture as a reply to the trolls, where she tried to explain that she wanted to change her look to give herself a feeling of “freshness and power” and asked her fans to “take a chill pill”.

During her stint in Bigg Boss, she made a lot of friends in the house and was a liked contestant overall. She made a comeback on TV in 2018, two years after Bigg Boss, with MTV’s Dating In The Dark as a wildcard entry. Now, with a number of followers on Instagram, Lokesh has inspired many of them to transform themselves through her fitness and workout videos.
