Let’s get right to it – smudged eyeliner is the worst. Unfortunately, the humidity and rain often add to the issue and cause regular formulas to run. Since I can’t do without my cat-eye, I’ve done a ton of research and have found 5 waterproof eyeliners that are perfect for this season. Scroll down to see them all!
1. Stila Stay All Day Waterproof Liquid Eye Liner
Is anyone not a fan of this cult-favourite product? With its marker-like tip and pigmented formula, this liner helps me draw on a flawless wing every single time I use. Since it just doesn’t budge, I prefer to reserve it for days with heavy downpours.
2. MAC Powerpoint Eye Pencil
If you aren’t comfortable with liquid eyeliners, this is the pencil to get. The creamy tip goes over lids smoothly and delivers a bold stroke of colour that will stay put no matter what. Whilst you certainly can use it to line your lids, I prefer applying it on to my waterline to tightline my eyes.
3. Inglot AMC Eyeliner Gel
This waterproof gel liner is the one I rely on for monsoon weddings. The inky colour glides on easily and allows me to achieve a dramatic cat-eye to match my outfits. If you are a fan of experimenting with colours, you should definitely check out this liner as it includes a wide range of shades.
4. Kat Von D Tattoo Liner
I’m obsessed with this award-winning eyeliner. The fine tip deposits a saturated line of colour in a single sweep, without tugging at my skin. With its satin-like finish and flake-free formula, this liner is the one I turn to on a daily basis.
5. Bobbi Brown Long-Wear Waterproof Liner
Rich, smudge-proof and long lasting, this twist-up pencil withstands rain, sweat and tears. I love using ‘Black Chocolate’, a brownish-black shade, to define my eyes.
