We all know that Anupam Kher is one of the greatest actors of Indian cinema. There’s not a role that he hasn’t aced and he’s also one of the seniors in Bollywood that everyone in the industry looks up to. Moreover, Anupam ji also runs a school for aspiring actors in Mumbai. While we’ve seen him in many avatars on screen, an avatar people miss out to notice about the actor is his fitness bit. If you weren’t aware of this, a good scroll through his Instagram profile will let you know that just like all the young actors today, Anupam ji also keeps himself fit with a workout regime. But what’s got us talking about it today is his latest video where you can see him doing some weight training. But what’s funny is that instead of the normal groan, moan or gush of air expelled that we usually see people do while lifting weights, we see Anupam ji doing it differently from the others. He also mentions in his caption that he has a new way of motivation that keeps him going.
This is certainly something we’ve never seen before!
