It’s been a while since Twinkle Khanna made an appearance on the big screen. The actress bid adieu to the big screen when she got married to Akshay Kumar. Ever since the actress has come back first as a columnist and then as an author, she has been a force to be reckoned with. From her witty public comments to her social media posts, we love Twinkle for all that she does.
After her comeback to the limelight, she has always maintained how bad an actress she used to be and has expressed how glad she is for leaving it behind. Today, was one such day that she took to Instagram to share a particular post that made us LOL.
She shared a screenshot of a review of her 1999 film Badshah and corrected herself for having said that she’s never received a good movie review. The review basically praised her co-star Shah Rukh Khan‘s acting and Twinkle and her navel for doing its bit. As you can imagine Twinkle had the best reply to the said review. By sharing a screenshot of the post, she thanked her friend and famous designer, Manish Malhotra for sending the same to her. She also revealed that some things never change including SRK’s dimples and her navel -which she clarified is still daym fine.

We live for such witty comments from Twinkle. While the actress is capable of giving great comebacks, she can also laugh at herself. We love her for that! Meanwhile, we can’t help but wonder if Shah Rukh has any thoughts about this navel grazing post. SRK too is not bad with wordplay.
