The last time we saw Abhishek Bachchan and Vivek Oberoi in the vicinity of each other was probably on-screen in Mani Ratnam‘s movie Yuva. While there was no known spat between the two actors, everyone just assumed there might be, taking in the obvious common factor between them. For those of you who’ve no idea what I’m talking about, Vivek used to be in a relationship with Aishwarya Rai before she got married to Abhishek. Vivek’s and Ash’s relationship was riddled in controversy because of the Salman Khan interference and a press conference that essentially crumpled Vivek’s entire career. After Ash and Abhishek got together, there has been no mention of Vivek whatsoever.
More recently, Vivek had also made headlines for sharing a distasteful meme of Aishwarya’s affairs back in the day. So, everyone just assumed that Abhishek and Vivek might not be on talking terms. But recently at an event, the actors rubbished these assumptions by hugging it out. The two happened to bump into each other at badminton champion PV Sindhu‘s felicitation ceremony in Mumbai. The paparazzi captured Abhishek interacting with Vivek and his entire family before he moved toward the exit.
