2019 has been a good year for Hrithik Roshan. Almost like a resurrection for the actor. Hrithik started off the year with Super 30 in which he played Anand Kumar a math wiz turned teacher for the underprivileged. More recently, the actor had to play a soldier turned rogue in WAR and as you would imagine had to get ripped for the role. Even for someone as fit as Hrithik, it was hard to undergo the transformation from Anand to Kabir in WAR. The entire process was even more difficult because of his back injury. But the actor recently posted a video of his transformation and it is truly inspirational. The video begins with Hrithik discussing his spine injury and how his body is out of shape. The video then proceeds to show just how hard the actor had to work at the gym with the help of his trainers who were well aware of his injury and his dance rehearsals.

Check it out:

I mean, if this doesn’t motivate you to hit the gym, I don’t know what will.

Talking about his transformation, he said:

It all began in September 2018. the transformation was the hardest thing I had to go through and the only person I had to blame was myself, he added, that was his toss over after Super 30.

The actor has received immense appreciation for both his films. In WAR, the audience can’t stop gushing over his godly body and his smooth dance moves along with the movie’s power-packed action sequences.

We love you, Hrithik! You’re an inspiration.
