The four-day-long Lotus Makeup India Fashion Week Spring/Summer 2020 has come to an end and how! While the first day had the best of street style and sustainability, the second and third day of LMIFW SS’20 had our beautiful Bollywood celebs take the ramp. However, the last day blew me away. The grand finale brought four design maestros together to showcase their fabulous collections and I was shook… Kangana Ranaut walked the ramp to mark the end of this grand event. Here’s a sneak peek of the collections from ace designers Anamika Khanna, Rajesh Pratap Singh, Wendell Rodricks and Manish Arora…
1. Anamika Khanna’s contemporary Indian collection set the mood for the finale.
2. Rajesh Pratap Singh mixed theatrics and fashion with a pop of neon.
3. Wendell Rodricks delivered a mesmerizing tribal collection with white, fluid fabrics.
4. Manish Arora’s kept it fun, loud and dramatic with his glow-in-the-dark collection.
Finally, it was the bold and beautiful Kangana Ranaut that closed LMIFW SS’20 in the most elegant manner.
Apart from these breathtaking designs, Shivan And Narresh, as well as Lovebirds Studio, had an outstanding collection. The former took us to the streets of South Korea with Seoul Series, a colourful collection inspired by K-Pop culture and art. In contrast, the latter kept it minimal and sporty with solid colours and ethical fabrics. Take a look at some of our most liked designs from their collection.
