Just a while ago we witnessed the magnificent trailer of Tanhaji: The Unsung Hero. The film which is directed by Om Raut stars Ajay Devgn, Kajol and Saif Ali Khan and looks every bit breathtaking. While the trailer has managed to impress the masses, the film has landed in trouble after Akhil Bhartiya Kshatriya Koli Rajput Sangh filed a petition in the Delhi High Court.

The group felt that the director has concealed the true lineage of Tanaji Malasure and thus a petition for the same was filed on Friday, December 13th. The hearing for the same case will now take place on December, 19th as the judge was on leave.

Tanhaji is based on the life of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj‘s Maratha general Tanaji who fought valiantly in the Battle of Sinhagad in 1670. While Ajay essays the titular role, Kajol will be seen essaying the role of his wife while Saif will be seen playing the character of Uday Bhan.
