In tough times like these, being home and close to the ones you love is a blessing! While a lot of us are stuck away from our loved ones, we are fortunate enough to have a roof over our heads and food on our plates. But, for a large population of migrant workers, this lockdown displaced their lives completely. With no way to go back home owing to the suspension of travel services, they even resorted to walk for thousands of miles to go back home. Here’s where Sonu Sood came in as he arranged buses for thousands of migrant labourers from Mumbai, easing their pain to a large extent.

We at MissMalini have recently come up with the Indian edition of John Krasinski‘s show, Some Good News, where we share stories of kindness and joy amidst the COVID-19 situation. This initiative by Sonu Sood is definitely a good news that needed to be applauded. So boss lady Malini Agarwal decided to catch up with the Dabangg actor for a virtual interview. Sonu spoke about how it was so heartwarming to see their happy faces as they finally got on the bus to go home. He also shared that they send him videos and call him after they have reached, and says that feeling cannot be put into words. How sweet!

On a lighter note, we even got a glimpse of his six packs, thanks to a very nice sketch made by one of Sonu’s fans!

Check out the entire video here and be updated about all the good news and happy things happening around you, which also features Anushka Manchanda and Aadil Khan!
