Video: Siddhant Chaturvedi's Debut Single Dhoop Is Out

Siddhant Chaturvedi who rose to fame after portraying MC Sher in Zoya Akhtars Gully Boy has surprised his fans with another talent. He has released his debut single Dhoop. The actor sang and also wrote the lyrics of the song, which is about finding sunshine in these tough times. Apart from that, he has also shot for the song from the confines of his home with the help of his brother and parents.

Siddhant took to his social media to share the song and wrote, “#DHOOP out now! @dawgeek @excelmovies. Put your Headphones and Sunglasses on, It’s a vibe”.

Within minutes of releasing it via social media, appreciation started to pour in. His comments were flooded with fans showering lots of love. His Bunty Aur Babli 2 co-star Sharvari also commented: “Aag hi aag“.

It’s no new news that Siddhant Chaturvedi loves his poetry and music. The actor is often seen sharing his poems and snippets of his guitar sessions on Instagram.

Before making his Bollywood debut with Gully Boy, in which he played a street rapper named MC Sher, Siddhant appeared in web series Life Sahi Hai and Inside Edge. The actor will be next seen in the much-awaited sequel of Bunty Aur Babli 2. He has also been roped in for Shakun Batra’s next with Ananya Panday and Deepika Padukone.

Coming back to the song, it was just mesmerising to hear the star. Loved the song!
