Manoj Bajpayee is one of the most talented and versatile that the film industry is blessed to have. He somehow manages to choose projects that are so different from his last, it’s a treat to watch the actor turn into a new character every time you watch him on screen. And so, this time he’s back with yet another gritty tale donning a never-before-seen avatar for himself. This time around the actor will be seen an OTT release called Bhonsle that tells the story of a terminally-ill Maharashtrian cop Bhonsle, retired against his will, finds himself forging an unlikely companionship with a 23-year-old North-Indian girl and her little brother. As the raging conflict destroying the world around them reaches Bhonsle’s doorstep, he preps up for one last battle worth fighting for, but will we succeed?

The movie is directed by Devashish Makhija and features Santosh Juvekar, Ipshita Chakraborty Singh, Virat Vaibhav aside from Manoj Bajpayee in lead roles. The movie will release on SonyLIV on 26th June 2020. We can’t wait to see this story unfold. We’re sure it’s going to leave a lasting impression on us for sure.
