Sushant Singh Rajput‘s demise has bought about a tirade of extreme emotions amongst the Indian public. From demanding an in-depth investigation to filing FIRs against Bollywood biggies, his girlfriend and spewing hate on social media at star kids like Sonam Kapoor, Sonakshi Sinha, Varun Dhawan and many more. While the police is still looking into the possibility of a professional rivalry as a reason for his suicide, nothing has been confirmed as of now. But with star kids getting so much hate, Sonam took to Twitter to show some of the hateful messages she had received on Instagram when she had turned off her comments section. She followed it up with a tweet that acknowledged her privilege but also said that she was proud to be her father’s daughter and that it was her karma where she is born.
Take a look at her tweet:
I encourage you guys to see my comment section. And I’m sure you don’t hope that the same comes your way. I hope your parents don’t have to see this sort of this stuff. pic.twitter.com/dmvI3xOKVd

Today on Father’s Day id like to say one more thing, yes I’m my fathers daughter and yes I am here because of him and yes I’m privileged. That’s not an insult, my father has worked very hard to give me all of this. And it is my karma where I’m born and to whom I’m born. I’m proud

But this invited more flack from Twitterati. Hina Khan’s boyfriend Rocky Jaiswal took to Twitter to reply to Sonam’s tweet and he questioned her tweet on Karma.
Check it out:
So, every individual who’s been denied d opportunity they deserved bcoz of #Privileges n #Nepotism deserved it for their ‘Karma’ in thr past life?
By that logic, I can’t begin to imagine ur next life @sonamakapoor !
Respectfully M’am, I expected better frm U given ur fathers BG https://t.co/KBJfRjXc9T— ROCKY (@JJROCKXX) June 21, 2020
Btw this western version of a sacred cosmic balance is d reason why d poor r left in this country on d roads by d rich, privileged n powerful. Justifying cruelty in d name of ‘Karma’ by d high, mighty n powerful.Thumbs up for accepting ur reality n respect ur opinion otherwise!✌🏽

Many celebrities have turned off their comments on Instagram and many others have left Twitter. Celebrities like Karan Johar and Alia Bhatt are also losing followers on Instagram.
