Ever since Sanjay Dutt was diagnosed with lung cancer, the industry and his millions of fans alike have been hit by a wave of shock. Just today, we got news of him finally procuring a visa to travel to the US for treatment.
His friends from the industry, like Munnabhai M.B.B.S co-star, Arshad Warsi have spoken up about the diagnosis and about how Sanjay is a fighter. Now, another close friend of his, Suniel Shetty, has also come ahead and spoken about the actor’s health.
The two of them have worked together in films like L.O.C Kargil and Dus, and recently even got together for an initiative to help the Dabbawalas in Mumbai amid the pandemic.
In an exclusive interview with Time Of India, Suniel started with speaking about how this year has been tough, and that it hurts to see pictures of so many amazing actors and individuals like Irrfan Khan, Rishi Kapoor and Sushant Singh Rajput that we have lost this year. He says that hearing about Sanjay’s ill-health has also hurt him. He shares that Sanjay has gone through hell and that he is constantly in his prayers. He wishes for him to recover faster.
