Fitness should ideally be a significant part of everyone’s daily lives. Physical fitness is not always about having a body type that adheres to societal expectations and stereotypes, rather it is about maintaining good health. Physical fitness impacts our mental health and state, being beneficial to us in every possible way. But one thing is for sure; being consistent with workouts is far from easy. We often look to our friends or other people at the gym for motivation, and ever since we have been in lockdown, the gyms shutting down have made it a struggle for most. There are some fitness enthusiasts who take to social media to share their love for fitness, motivating others to join their journey. When they ask me about my journey and breaking stereotypes, the beauty of it is, it’s not something specific I set out to do. I just wanted to do one thing that made me happy in a day. That, has snow balled into me living a life filled with days of me doing things I ABSOLUTELY LOVE. A lot of cool things start to happen once you do things for Joy rather than any other thing. Action inspired through true intention (if you want to get spiritual about it (: ) I think more than being a woman with so much ink who likes to lift and act and create, it’s the stereotype of doing things I love and being abundant without giving in to resistance that has been the biggest stereotype I broke for myself. In simpler terms, I chose to believe I could live a life doing things I loved and be successful at it rather than believe I had to be at a job that made me miserable but may have made me money. Ya feel me fam? ♥️ On that note: 🇮🇳 Get ready for Myprotein’s Biggest Independence Day 𝗦𝗔𝗟𝗘 running on 15th August from 2pm – 5pm IST only! Exciting new products and gifts coming your way! Never give up!! . When we are pursuing something worthwhile which is our life's goal, it’s almost inevitable that at some point the thought of giving up will cross our minds. Often we will get impatient because of how long it is going to take. OR, we may get frustrated by frequent failures OR, sometimes we may even doubt our abilities . When you do have one—or more—of these thoughts, it’s very likely that you’ll want to give up. When that happens, think about your 'WHY'. Why did you start at the first place? Can you live the rest of your life with the thought of giving up on your dreams? . Think about it. I am sure, you will get your answer 😊 . On that note, wishing you all a very Happy Sunday!! . . . @resetlifeindia , KORAMANGLA @surendrakedia @karan_talreja_kt @luke_coutinho @nick_bauer_therapy #weekend #weekendmotivation #happymood #happyday #fitmoms #momsofinstagram #neversaynever #nevergiveup💪 #nevertoolate #nevergiveup #neverlookback #neverletgo #dontgiveup #donotgiveup #dontquit #fitat40 #fitandfabulous #fitnessathlete #fitnessmom #fitnesswithsonali

I’ve always been extremely athletic and also been a National Swimming 🏊‍♀️ Champion. I love trying out different sports to keep my body fit and when I talk about practicing so many things together, it is only achieved by discipline. I like eating healthy, sleeping and waking up on time and that's how eventually maintaining a healthy lifestyle also becomes part and parcel of my life. I always get in my yoga practice, swim and meditate in order to achieve that stress free life. Ofcourse I have my cheat days but I make sure it’s limited to once a week. But along with living a disciplined life, I know I need to keep myself financially secure too because even after leading such a healthy life, one never knows how uncertain life can get. Hence, one part of my financial planning is to invest my money for the different goals I have, but the most important part is to secure these goals from uncertainties in life. So, after a bit of research and after going through online review platforms on the best term plans in India, I came across ICICI Pru iProtect Smart from ICICI Prudential Life Insurance. The plan offers a large cover at affordable premiums every month. Additionally, the 34 critical illness cover gives upfront money on detection of any of the diseases covered. So, as important it is to be physically fit, it is equally important to be financially fit too. So, in such times of uncertainties don’t just wait, ACT!!!
