Kartik Aaryan is one of the most sought out stars in the industry today. He has a stellar line up of films to back him and one of them is Ram Madhvani‘s Dhamaka.
The actor released the poster of the film on his birthday. He also shared the first look of him as journalist Arjun Pathak from the the Ram Madhvani thriller wearing a suit and it looks pretty intense! Now, news is that the film is gearing up for an OTT release.
According to a Bollywood Hungama article, the makers of the film — Ronnie Screwala and Ram Madhvani — are reportedly in talks with the OTT giant Netflix. While the theatres are also open now, the makers are aiming for a digital release. The source states that the deal is set to be locked in the next 7-10 days and that everyone is on the same page regarding the financials and the release plan.
Coming to the film, news also was that the makers wanted to set a new record by shooting the entire film in a hotel in Mumbai in less than 15 days. Dhamaka is a remake of a Korean film titled The Terror Live and is now in the post-production stage.
OTT or theatrical, I am sure all fans of the actor are super excited to see Kartik on screen soon!
