This season of Bigg Boss looks very interesting especially because of the contestants it has. And like every year, in the first week of the reality show, we come to know the fees every contestant is charging to be locked up in the house. This year too we have the details and I am quite surprised to know that the highest fees on the show is quite a whopping amount. Actor Jay Bhanushali who joined the show last minute is the highest paid contestant of Bigg Boss 15. According to a report in Bollywood Life, the TV actor is being paid a whopping Rs 11 lakhs per week to be on the show.
Joining Jay in the top list are actress Tejasswi Prakash and singer Afsana Khan who are reportedly getting Rs 10 lakhs per week on the Salman Khan-hosted reality show. Actor Karan Kundrra gets a whopping Rs 8 lakhs for a week on BB15, while Shamita Shetty‘s fee for a week is Rs 5 lakhs. Singer Akasa Singh also gets almost Rs 5 lakhs a week. Both Donal Bisht and Vidhi Pandya are reportedly paid Rs 4 lakhs per week.
Asim Riaz‘s brother Umar Riaz is charging a fee of Rs 3 lakhs per week to be on the show. However, a lot of contestants are in the Rs 2 lakhs per week bracket, namely, Pratik Sehajpal, Nishant Bhat, Ieshaan Sehgaal, Meisha Iyer, Vishal Kotian. Model Sahil Shroff‘s fee for a week is Rs 1.5 lakhs, while actor Simba Nagpal is paid Rs 1 lakh per week.
Well, I am not surprised with these amounts, but yes, I am jealous of the Bigg Boss contestants. However, I love watching them on the show and I am looking forward to seeing the drama the housemates have in store for us. Stay tuned!
