As we wait for Kartik Aaryan‘s Dhamaka to release, he has finally started work on the much-anticipated remake of the Telugu film Ala Vaikunthpurramuloo titled Shehzada. Kartik’s leading lady in this one will be the beautiful Kriti Sanon. The actor just posted an update on his social media account and I am super thrilled to know that the film has gone on floors.
The picture shared by Kartik shows him holding a clapboard with ‘Shehzada’ written on it and it’s evident that the star has begun shooting at a palace of sorts. The all-white interiors of the palace look majestic and I wonder how will Kartik’s ‘Duniya ka Sabse Gareeb Prince’ turn out to be in this Rohit Dhawan directorial.

Captioning it with a single word ‘shuru’, Kartik made it pretty clear that the shooting schedule has begun. Set to hit the theatres on November 4, 2022, Shehzada will be produced by Bhushan Kumar, Krishan Kumar, Allu Aravind, Aman Gill and S. Radha Krishna. Apart from Kriti, the film will also star Paresh Rawal, Sachin Khedekar, Manisha Koirala and Ronit Roy.
Besides Shehzada, Kartik will also be seen in Freddy with Alaya F and Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 with Kiara Advani. He has already wrapped up the shoots for both these films. Talk about being versatile! I say Kartik’s totally on a roll!
