One after the other Hayu has been treating us to some amazing content. And while it has a plethora of shows available to watch, my favourite is the Real Housewives franchise. Well, the good news is that a new version of it is coming and this time it is in the city of gold – Dubai. While I am expecting lots of desserts, camels, gold, drama and extravagance, season 1 already seems to be setting the bar high. With the trailer recently dropped we have learned that it will star Nina Ali, Chanel Ayan, Caroline Brooks, Dr Sara Al Madani, Lesa Milan, and Caroline Stanbury. This new series will clearly be spicy, with the fiesty women it has and all we are going to get are some interesting stories along with some surprising revelations. And like they say, not all that glitters is gold Habibi, these golden ladies from the land of Dubai too are going to bring out the spark in them. I cannot wait to witness all of this today, as it premieres on Hayu.

As the 11th city in the franchise, The Real Housewives of Dubai will follow a powerful group of lavish women who run business empires and expertly navigate a highly exclusive social scene within this ultra-luxe billionaire’s playground. Whether they’re dining on a mountainside overlooking a valley of 1,000 camels or hosting the wedding event of the year, these ambitious and glamorous women prove everything is more extravagant in the “City of Gold.” In all, these women will also rule hearts at their stylish best, but what’s interesting to witness is when new group dynamics threaten long-standing friendships, tensions inevitably reach a boiling point, only making things too hot to handle.
Well, I must say the women in the Dubai season are not just strong-headed, they are also stylish and sassy. Chanel Ayan is the perfect example of sassy saying, “the only exercise I do is doing my husband,” well there are many such bold and strong statements we will get to hear from the ladies in Dubai. But honestly, it is Carolyn Brooks who is already becoming my favourite after her statement in the trailer on “cheating me is expensive ask my exes.” Well, the ladies are putting their stylish foot forward, but they are also in no mood to mince their words and that is what has me loving them.
But hey wait, this is not it, Hayu has a lot more in store. As an exclusive treat to its viewers, Hayu is also planning to bring you Real Housewives Ex-Wives Season 1. Though not too many details on this are known, what I know is that this spin-off will get under one roof the most notorious Housewives from across seasons so far. Let me tell you, as the home of housewives Hayu is leaving no stone unturned in giving us an up and personal peek into the lives of our fabulous and rich housewives. Across cultures, cities and countries, it is letting us look through the rose-tinted glasses into their real lives.
Well, let me tell you, the recently released The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Season 12 has gotten a great response. The season has been dripping with drama and confessions leaving the viewers shocked and how, but there are some stories that many are connecting to. And I am sure with the new season of Dubai too there will be many tales that will touch our hearts, so from the scorching heat to the fire that our housewives breathe, I am all geared up to welcome the extravaganza into my life. And I guess you should be ready to watch all of this on Hayu from June 2.
