Actress Nimrit Kaur Ahluwalia, aged 27, was born on 11th December 1994. She was a lawyer and social activist by profession until 2019 when she made her acting debut on television with the show Choti Sarrdaarni, the show ended in 2022, but it got Nimrit quite the popularity. Soon after this show, we have seen Nimrit on Bigg Boss 16 and she is undoubtedly coming across as a strong contender. As for her journey on the show so far, it’s been quite interesting, she was chosen as the captain in the first week and left the audience impressed, but in the last two weeks, Nimrit’s game on Bigg Boss 16 had gone dull.

However, the actress seemed to bounce back in the fourth week and play it head-on. In case you missed the episode last night, read Bigg Boss 16 Day 25 highlights here. Having said that, I had spoken to Nimrit before she entered the house and this full-of-confidence lady had told me lots about her game plan. Read on…

Talking about her game plan for this season, Nimrit said,

Bigg Boss is a pretty nerve wrecking situation to be in. Everybody who thinks there can be a game plan on Bigg Boss will only be very short lived. With so many cameras on you cannot go on trying to portray who you want to portray. The only game plan is to be yourself, people should know who I am really for all the good, bad, and ugly.

On her personality, the Choti Sarrdaarni actress said…

I am also a lawyer, so it is ingrained in my inherent personality that I always call a spade, a spade. I am not someone who can sit on my emotions, I have a tendency to react then and there. I am pretty impulsive.

Well, I have seen Nimrit take on issues in the house and speak on them. She has also had her share of emotional outbursts. But one habit that she just cannot stand is chauvinism. Yes, talking about the same she says…

Male chauvinism is something I don’t appreciate at all. I don’t want any power play based on gender, that’s the only thing that can get to me.

With a strong lady like Nimrit being around there cannot be a power play I am sure, having said that, I am quite liking this girl on Bigg Boss 16. I see her as a top contender, and if you do too, then you need to vote for her and so let me tell you, you can vote for your favorite contestant on MyGlamm & get a chance to meet Salman Khan.
