This film has surely been one of the most highly anticipated films of 2023. It also stars some of the biggest stars like Prabhas, Saif Ali Khan and Kriti Sanon, and the makers of Adipurush have finally dropped the trailer of this film. The film carries the noble virtues of Ram that entail Dharma, Courage and Sacrifice, which are all rightly reflected in the trailer. While Prabhas and Kriti’s characters got a lot of screen time in the trailer, Saif’s character has been kept pretty much unwraps.

Saif who is seen playing a negative role in the film as Lankesh, is introduced in the trailer in a different avatar, trying to abduct Janaki. The makers have withheld his look and character in the film, from the audiences, and only given us a few glimpses. So far, we know that Raghav, Prabhas’ character, is the one waging a war into Saif’s territory, to bring back his wife, played by Kriti Sanon. In the teaser released earlier, he was also shown to have blue eyes, and ten heads, portraying the character of Raavan. At the end of the trailer, we also hear him saying something, what is that and how does it connect to the story? We will have to wait and see.

I cannot wait to see what Saif has in store for us, once the film releases. It is going to be very interesting to see him in this negative character. Adipurush, directed by Om Raut is produced by T- Series, Bhushan Kumar & Krishan Kumar, Om Raut, Prasad Sutar, and Rajesh Nair of Retrophiles and will be released globally on 16th June 2023.
