Social media had been buzzing with news about Zoya Akhtar’s film The Archies, and the star cast of the film. Names like Suhana Khan, Khushi Kapoor, Agastya Nanda, Vedang Raina, Dot and Yuvraj Menda are said to make their debut with this film. Netflix recently released the teaser of the film, which gave us a glance at what the film is all about. The Archies will stream exclusively on Netflix and are rumoured to release by the end of 2023. The first frame itself took me back to the 60s. Vintage cars, old-school cafes, and so much more. From the costume to the classrooms, Zoya Akhtar is all set to bring Riverdale to your screen, with the perfect touch of desi to it. While the teaser looks very impressive in terms of set design and the entire energy in the frames, I am personally desperately waiting for a teaser with a few dialogues being exchanged. The Archies team was last seen in Brazil, promoting their show at the Netflix Tudum event.
