Nitesh Tiwari is a stellar filmmaker undoubtedly, as he has some of the most memorable films to his name, like Dangal, Chillar Party, Bareilly Ki Barfi and many more. His last project Bawaal starring Janhvi Kapoor and Varun Dhawan created quite a stir with its plot but emerged successful whatsoever. Another one of his acclaimed films includes Chhichhore which was praised for its gripping plot and fabulous cast. It starred names like Sushant Singh Rajput, Shraddha Kapoor, Varun Sharma, Naveen Polishetty and many more. As per an interview with Pinkvilla, Nitesh Tiwari said that, “Sequels I am completely open to. In fact, I would love to do a sequel to Chhichhore when the idea comes to me. So far, it has not come to me.” He also said that the film is really close to his heart and he would love to make a sequel to it. Now the question that arises is, will he and Sajid Nadiadwala team up once again for this project? And what would the cast be like? Because the cast in the first part set a standard that seems like a difficult job to match up to.
The filmmaker hasn’t revealed much about this project and is only hopeful to have this film Chhichhore come to life once he gets the idea for it. I honestly would love to see where the second part of the film takes the story of those interesting characters.
