Karan Johar’s recent film ‘Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani’ featured Ranveer Singh and Alia Bhatt in lead roles. When the teaser of this film dropped, Shah Rukh Khan took to Instagram to post this teaser and sent his love and wishes to the team. Fans were wondering why didn’t SRK feature in this film and now we have gotten an answer from Karan himself.
In a recent interview with Sucharita Tyagi, Karan Johar was asked whether he approached Shah Rukh Khan for a cameo to which the director replied,” “No, not at all. Shah Rukh did the most defining scene for me in Ae Dil Hai Mushkil and for that, I will always be very grateful to him. I can’t keep using my privilege with Shah Rukh. I can’t push it.” Karan went live on Instagram post the trailer drop and fans were asking him about Shah Rukh Khan and whether King Khan will have a cameo. Karan replied saying no but clarified that his wishes are always there. On this Instagram Live, Karan also mentioned how he is waiting to make a film with King Khan.

The excitement bubbles within me as I eagerly await the upcoming cinematic masterpiece and the harmonious union of Shah Rukh Khan and Dharma Productions.
