Life In A… Metro starring Irrfan Khan, Konkana Sen, Shilpa Shetty, and many more became a cult favourite for many. This anthology with multiple stories intertwined gave us a very intimate peek into its characters’ lives. Anurag Basu is now all set to make a sequel to this romantic drama and the cast will surely get you excited. It stars names like Aditya Roy Kapur, Sara Ali Khan, Konkana Sen Sharma, Ali Fazal, Fatima Shaikh and Pankaj Tripathi. Aditya and Sara recently walked the ramp at the Indian Couture Week for Shantanu and Nikhil and had something to say about their upcoming film, Metro… In Dino.
When interviewed at the event by PTI, Aditya said that he is looking forward to completing this shoot with Anurag Basu and also mentioned what a treat he is to work with. As for an update on the shoot, the actor said that they have begun shooting for the film, but a bulk of the shoot still lies ahead of them. Sara on the other hand that it’s been a brief schedule and she cannot wait to be back on set with Anurag sir. Ali Fazal also joined the cast recently and I cannot wait to see what this stellar cast comes through with. It would also be exciting to see what Konkana brings to the table in this sequel, as she was also part of the first instalment.
