The film also boats of a stellar star cast which also includes names like Ananya Panday, Paresh Rawal, Annu Kapoor, Rajpal Yadav, Vijay Raaz and more. Ananya Panday replaced Nushratt Bharuccha in the sequel of this film and here’s what Ayushmann has to say about this.
Nushratt started opposite Ayushmann in the first part of Dream Girl, the actress has been replaced by Ananya Panday in its sequel. When asked about why Nushratt was replaced in Dream Girl 2, he said that they had to cast a different film, and Ananya Panday just fit the bill. He also mentions how well she has picked up the Mathura accent that was required for the film. He also added saying that she is very spunky and added great value to this film, and would definitely love to work with her in the future as well.
